By special regulations of the European Union, from 15. 2. 2016. EU-wide online shopping disputes can be resolved through a platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.) you can file your complaint at the link above without involving the courts.

The platform can be used by both consumers and traders, and complaints can be lodged in any of the EU’s 23 official languages.

This link can be used by consumers for cross-border consumer disputes. For consumer disputes in relation to traders from the Republic of Croatia, this possibility does not exist until the procedure is supported by the necessary legislation by the competent authorities of the Republic of Croatia.
